Lukens Piano Trio was formed in the Spring of 2005 and has already embarked on a busy schedule including recent perfomances in Philadelphia, New York and Princeton. At their Philadelphia debut critic Michael Caruso called the performance, "Stunning...all three musicians played with an exquisite sensitivity and exhilarating thrusts of energy". The Bethlehem Morning Call wrote, "They played (the Brahms) with enormous passion, fine precision, and great musicality." David Moulton, cello, Michael Locati, violin and Kristin Ditlow, piano bring a wealth of chamber music experience to the Lukens Piano Trio.
David has served as principal cellist of the Aspen Chamber Symphony and the Honolulu Symphony, is currently a member of the Opera Company of Philadelphia and Principal cellist of the Allentown Symphony. He performs regularly with the Moravian String Quartet and the mixed strings and winds ensemble Satori.

Kristin was a founding member of the Muhlenberg Piano Quartet and the Lukens Piano Trio, and has performed extensively in the United States and abroad as a vocal accompanist and chamber musician. Ms. Ditlow has held summer fellowships at the Tanglewood Music Center and San Francisco Opera's Merola program, and has served as a diction professor at Westminster Choir College of Rider University.
